Sales Girl

We are seeking a confident, well-spoken, and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer service and capable of building strong relationships with clients, both in-store and online. Responsibilities:Greet and assist walk-in customers at the store with product selection and purchase. Handle client inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and other online platforms. Build long-term relationships with wholesale and retail customers by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions. Promote our products (natural crystals, gemstone jewelry, sculptures, etc.) with complete knowledge and confidence. Maintain the store’s cleanliness and product display. Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team for online orders. Follow up with potential leads and convert them into customers. Maintain basic sales records and daily reports. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer handling (Retail/Jewelry/Crystal industry preferred). Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and basic computer usage. Pleasant personality and a customer-first attitude. Ability to work independently and with a team. Bonus Skills (Not mandatory):Knowledge of crystals, gemstones, or astrology. Experience in live selling or making reels/stories on social media.
