Job Description

We are looking for a confident and proactive female executive to handle customer interactions across Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone calls. The role involves answering queries, converting leads into sales, and maintaining a professional yet friendly brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries on Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and calls in a timely and professional manner.
Provide complete product information and guide customers through the order process.
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales by building trust and offering the right solutions.
Follow up with interested leads to close sales.
Maintain basic records of customer conversations and sales conversions.
Coordinate with the operations/dispatch team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements:

Female candidate with good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
Prior experience in customer service/sales/chat handling preferred (but not mandatory).
Comfortable with Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone-based communication.
Ability to multitask and handle customers patiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,223.11 - ₹15,000.00 per month
