Job Description

Position: Sales Girl – Fashion Retail
Location: Ghass Mandi, Jalandhar (Flagship Store – Indipehnawa | Arsh Wardrobe Collection)

Key Responsibilities:

Attend and greet walk-in customers with politeness.
Showcase and explain suits, lehengas, kaftans, and indo-western outfits to customers.
Help customers with trial room assistance and styling suggestions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and upsell during festive/wedding seasons.
Maintain product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement.
Handle billing support and coordinate with store manager.

Requirements:

Female candidate, pleasant personality, good communication skills (Punjabi/Hindi essential, English optional).
Prior experience in fashion retail / boutique / showroom sales preferred but not compulsory.
Age: 18–32 years preferred.
Must be confident, active, and customer-friendly.
