Job Description

Develop and oversee creative concepts, layouts, and designs for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, branding, and print materials.
Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas that enhance brand presence.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design deliverables.
Manage multiple design projects, timelines, and priorities efficiently.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align visuals with business goals.
Review, guide, and provide feedback to junior designers to maintain high-quality output.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Prepare and present design proposals and mood boards to stakeholders.
Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies when required.
