Duties:

Conduct sales training sessions and create training videos for educating the marketing team & other staff.
Audit sales executives’ daily, weekly, and monthly activities, including leads, visits, and follow-ups.
Collect and review weekly tour plans and ensure timely submission.
Monitor lead handling, field visits, and reporting compliance.
Conduct follow-ups with the team regarding leads, visits, and performance targets.
Perform net surfing for new products, market information, and competitor updates.
Coordinate courier dispatch of samples to vendors and customers
Provide AI training to staff and guide them in using new AI tools.
Prepare audit reports and share performance feedback with management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 05/01/2026
