We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining our product offerings, and converting leads into customers. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
•Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.•
Explain D Care Remedies' products and services clearly and persuasively.
Follow up on customer inquiries and provide product information.• •
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and transactions.
Handle objections effectively and professionally.•
Coordinate with field sales team for closures and client servicing.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and competition.
