This full-time position based in MBP, Mahape, Navi Mumbai offers a salary ranging from 15,000 to 35,000, dependent on experience and performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Make outbound calls to leads for UAE real estate projects - Generate interest and convert inquiries into positive leads - Maintain follow-ups with potential clients - Understand client requirements and pitch relevant properties - Coordinate with the Dubai-based developer/sales team **Requirements:** - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Experience in telecalling / telesales (real estate preferred) - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Fluent in English & Hindi (Arabic is a plus) - Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience preferred In addition to a fixed salary and performance-based incentives, you will receive full training on Dubai real estate projects.
