Candidates are needed to contact customers worldwide, pitch products, understand markets, identify opportunities and close deals. Deals are B2B and customers can be from wide range of industries, from Pharma, F&B, Ingredients, Cosmetic manufacturers, Wellness, importers and retailers. B2C sales for nutraceutical products. Role & responsibilities 1. Relationship building with Customers 2. Selling and Marketing existing products and bringing in enquiries for new products. 3. Product Promotion. 4. Customer Service and Feedback 5. Travel and meet customers in India and International Destinations General Responsibilities: Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base. This includes researching industries and companies that could benefit from the company's products. Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to target markets to maximize revenue and profitability. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as the primary point of contact and manage all aspects of the business relationship. Negotiation : Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring the clients needs are met. Market Analysis : Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities. Sales Goals : Achieve and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territories and accounts. Specific Duties: Sales Presentations and Proposals : Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of the products to prospective clients. Product Demonstration : Demonstrate products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and how they meet the clients needs. Customer Support : Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing their needs and resolving any sales or product issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Reporting : Generate regular reports for management detailing sales activity, revenue generation, and client acquisition progress. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing department to identify marketing materials and campaigns that support sales goals. Feedback Loop : Relay customer feedback to the product development and operations teams to help refine products and services. Strategic Responsibilities: Pricing Strategies : Assist in the development of pricing strategies, considering market conditions and company objectives to ensure competitive pricing. Training and Development : Stay up-to-date with product training and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques. Team Collaboration : Coordinate with other sales executives and team members to align strategies, exchange information, and assist each other in meeting overall business goals. Lead Management : Manage and nurture leads from initial contact through to sales completion, ensuring a smooth sales pipeline. Account Management : Manage a portfolio of accounts, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. Continuous Improvement: Skill Enhancement : Continuously improve through feedback, coaching, and training opportunities. Innovation Contribution : Suggest and sometimes lead initiatives for new sales tactics or improvements in processes and products based on customer interactions and outcomes. Preferred candidate profile BBA/ BBM/ BCom/ MCom/MBA with marketing specialisation, or International Business specialisation. Candidate needs to have affinity to sales and marketing. B2B sales being the profile, needs to be able to build and maintain relationships. Needs to have phone conversations all through the day.
