We Are Assistant Sales Executive (Construction material sales ) location: Semabakkam As an Assistant Sales Manager your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and expand market share for our brands, with existing and new customers across all industrial sectors. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and fostering strong relationships with existing and potential clients to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the success and profitability of our brands. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and partners. Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements. Product Expertise: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the features, benefits, and applications of our adhesive portfolio. Communicate product value propositions clearly to customers and provide technical support as needed. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Utilise market insights to anticipate customer needs and position our products effectively. Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique value of our products. Engage in effective negotiations to secure favourable terms and contracts. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, interactions, and progress towards sales goals, proficiently utilising CRM and Navision. Generate regular sales reports for internal tracking and reporting purposes. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
