Job Description: Outbound Sales Telecaller - US Market (Night Shift)

We are hiring an enthusiastic and dynamic Outbound Sales Telecaller to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about talking and driven to succeed. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to restaurant owners across the United States to sell our innovative ReapsO services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound sales calls to restaurant owners and managers in the US.
• Clearly and persuasively present the benefits of our ReapsO services.
• Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients.
• Answer questions and handle objections effectively to close sales.
• Achieve and consistently exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent English is a must. You must have excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
• A genuine passion for talking and connecting with people over the phone.
• A highly motivated and results-oriented mindset.
• Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred, but not mandatory if you have the drive and the right attitude.
• Comfortable working in a night shift schedule to align with US business hours.

Compensation & Performance

This is a performance-based role. Your earnings will be comprised of a small base salary supplemented by a highly rewarding commission structure with no earning caps. Your job security and income are directly tied to your ability to meet and exceed sales targets. If you are not a closer who can perform, this is not the right fit for you.
