Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller cum Sales Executive to handle sales enquiries, generate leads and promote PPE and industrial safety products. The candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, with an interest in product sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and social media platforms.
• Promote and sell PPE, industrial safety equipment and related products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for order processing.
• Maintain customer databases, enquiry records and sales trackers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales or product sales.
• Experience in B2B/B2C sales or customer handling will be preferred.
• Knowledge of PPE, industrial safety products or hardware products will be an advantage.
• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and social media platforms.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and achieve sales targets

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
