Elecon Power Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join its growing team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in electrical switchgear, LT & HT panels and power distribution solutions, along with strong business development and client relationship management skills.

Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships and driving sales of electrical panels and power distribution solutions, including HT/LT Panels, PCC, MCC and APFC Panels.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Generate qualified leads and promote LT & HT Panel solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, builders, industrial clients and key decision-makers.
• Identify potential markets and expand the customer base.
• Prepare, present and follow up on technical and commercial proposals.
• Lead commercial negotiations, convert opportunities into orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with engineering, production and project execution teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical switchgear, LT/HT panel sales or power distribution.
• Strong understanding of electrical panels and switchgear products.
• Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into orders.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented approach.
