Job Description

Manage the territory sales team, allocate weekly targets and responsibilities, and monitor daily/weekly performance.
Support order finalisation, negotiate prices within delegated authority, and authorise Order Approvals (OA).
Monitor enquiries and quotations, ensure timely follow-ups, maintain the Enquiry Register, and manage lead allocation through CRM.
Develop relationships with CPWD, State PWD, Railways, Fire Departments and Housing Boards for brand approvals and product specifications.
Follow up on overdue payments, monitor the debtors list, and support the achievement of collection targets.
Drive territory sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and improve sales processes and team productivity.
Coordinate with Sales Support/Admin for order delivery, challans and billing, ensuring client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
