We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in a designated territory. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential B2B clients through field visits, cold calls, and networking Meet with decision-makers to present company products/services and close sales Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities Submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or field sales (preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Benefits: Performance-based incentives/commissions
