Location:

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers (startups, SMEs, businesses) in your city.
  • Explain and demonstrate the features of our HRM software.
  • Convince decision-makers by highlighting the benefits (time-saving, compliance, cost efficiency).
  • Conduct product demos (online/offline) and answer client queries.
  • Maintain a daily/weekly sales visit report.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for referrals and renewals.

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
  • Good communication and persuasion skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
  • Confidence in meeting and convincing clients face-to-face.
  • Basic knowledge of software/IT products is a plus.
  • Should own a smartphone and be comfortable with tools like WhatsApp, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Willingness to travel within your city (no outstation travel required).
