Sales Executive – IDFC (Field / On-Site Sales)

Job Description:

We are hiring Sales Executives for the IDFC Sales Process based at Thane and Juinagar locations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Location:

• Thane

Pick and Drop provided from Thane Station

• Juinagar

Shift Timing:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell IDFC financial products and services.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure high service quality.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare reports on sales activities and performance.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Graduation in any stream.
• Ability to work in a sales-driven environment.

Week Off:
Total 6 week-offs in a month.

Salary Structure:

• Graduate Fresher: 18,000 (In-Hand)
• 1–2 Years Experience: 20,000 to 25,000 (In-Hand)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,056.66 - ₹25,306.52 per month
