Job Title: Sales Executive – Telecaller Location: Indore Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply) Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Executive – Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the database or leads provided. Explain the company’s products or services clearly and confidently. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales using CRM or Excel. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales. Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally. Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion. Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (or regional language if applicable). Confident, persuasive, and good at handling customer objections. Basic knowledge of using a phone system, computer, and MS Excel. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
