Sales Executive - SuperGeo

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to promote and market our SuperGeo product range — a specialised line of Geo-Synthetic products widely used in major infrastructure projects. The SuperGeo portfolio includes Geotextiles, Geocells, Geocomposites, Geomembranes, and GeoBags. Interested candidates share their resume on 947717128

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of proven experience in handling sales and project-based work for Railways (Preferred), NTPC, NHAI, PowerGrid, or any similar government organisations. Candidates from the Steel Industry, Pipe industries, and construction chemical industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with infrastructure companies and their contractors, including RVNL, NHAI, IRCON, IRB Infrastructure, ITD Cementation, and other key players.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the iron and steel sector or project-based industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and manage a wide geographical territory.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
