About Square Yards:

Role: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert walk-in/customers from various channels including inbound/outbound calls, digital platforms, and field visits.
  
• Understand client requirements and present suitable property options (both residential and commercial) from Square Yards' portfolio.
  
• Conduct site visits, property tours, and liaise with developers/brokers to coordinate property viewings.
  
• Build strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, addressing queries, and offering expert advice.
  
• Negotiate prices and terms with clients and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate data regarding leads, prospects, interactions, and sales.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for new campaign launches and sales initiatives.
  
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, new projects, competitive landscape, and government policies impacting real estate in Bengaluru.
  
• Ensure excellent post-sales service and support to clients for documentation, home loans, and possession-related activities.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, insurance, banking, or financial services preferred.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  
• Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
