Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers passionate about sales and eager to build a career in the construction materials industry , including cement products, paver blocks, and other building materials. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and building materials sector. Visit potential customers (builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and distributors) to promote and sell our products. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Achieve sales targets by developing effective sales strategies and following up on leads. Prepare and deliver product presentations to potential customers. Handle inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close deals efficiently. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Education: Any graduate (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Civil Engineering background). Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience in construction materials will be an added advantage. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Willingness to travel for client visits. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
