Key Responsibilities:
✔ Plan & execute daily/weekly/monthly site visit schedules
✔ Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and close sales
✔ Guide buyers in plot selection as per needs & budget
✔ Manage full customer cycle: Inquiry > Booking > Collection > Registration
✔ Promote individual, bulk, and corporate bookings
✔ Engage with channel partners, brokers & promoters
✔ Maintain CRM updates & submit regular reports
