Collaborate with the Sales Head to plan and execute sales strategies
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, closing, and post-sales support for the domestic customers
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned market segment
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication, meetings, and presentations
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to address their challenges and opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Proactively ensure that the response to customer queries and inquiries is being done on time and accurately
Look for opportunities to acquire new customers
Build and maintain a good relationship with new customers to increase their business
Ensure customer segment, and product wise revenues are achieved against target
Ensure Customer segment and product wise margins are achieved against target
Ensure region wise, area wise target achievement
Develop pricing product wise region wise with management inputs
Meet collection targets in line with the policy
Monitor the progress of sales operations, track key performance indicators, and analyse sales performance
New Customers Target vs Actual
Follow up for accounts receivable management
Ensuring adherence to payment policy
Ensuring nil bad debt
Intimate Office team about material arrival for galvanizing
Prepare, maintain, and present comprehensive reports on sales operations, achievements, challenges, and recommendations to the Management
