Role Summary
We are looking for a polished, customer-focused Sales Executive to represent a reputed premium jewellery retail business. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of frontline retail sales experience, preferably in gold and silver jewellery, and be confident in serving VIP, high-net-worth and other discerning customers with professionalism, discretion and excellent product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly, understand their preferences and provide personalised assistance throughout the shopping experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP, high-end and repeat customers, delivering attentive and discreet service.
• Present and explain gold and silver jewellery collections, designs, craftsmanship, product specifications and pricing clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on occasion, style, budget and preferences.
• Manage sales enquiries, product demonstrations, follow-ups and customer requests professionally.
• Work towards individual and showroom sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Support billing, order processing, exchange or repair coordination, and customer documentation in line with showroom procedures.
• Maintain accurate product handling and follow all procedures for jewellery display, stock movement, security and inventory checks.
• Keep the showroom organised, presentable and aligned with premium retail standards.
• Coordinate with colleagues and management on customer requirements, stock availability and special orders.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and handle sensitive customer interactions with tact and discretion.
• Stay informed about product collections, current offerings and relevant jewellery trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of frontline retail sales experience; experience in gold and silver jewellery is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with VIP and high-end clientele.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, negotiation and sales-closing skills.
• Professional grooming, positive attitude, patience and a service-oriented approach.
• Good numerical ability and attention to detail when handling product information, pricing and billing.
• Ability to work towards sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Trustworthiness and discretion when handling high-value merchandise and confidential customer information.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred; knowledge of Marathi and/or other local languages is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in a premium jewellery showroom or luxury retail environment.
• Established ability to serve discerning customers and build repeat business.
• Comfortable handling high-value products and following strict stock-control and security procedures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
