Salary: ₹20,000 In-Hand + Incentives
CTC: ₹26,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for confident and result-oriented Telesales Executives with experience in sales or BPO telecalling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, strong convincing abilities, and a customer-focused approach to drive sales and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products or services clearly and effectively.
• Convince potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Telesales, or BPO Telecalling.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
