Sales Executive

Anando has made premium flavoured milk in Mumbai since 1953. Our drinks are made fresh in our own factory at Sewri, using real ingredients: Alphonso mango, sitafal, Belgian chocolate and our famous masala milk.

You'll find us in our own stores (including our Girgaum Chowpatty flagship), in restaurants, high-street stores and pharmacies across the city, at Mumbai's biggest exhibition venues, and at hotels, weddings and events. Three generations of Mumbai families have grown up with Anando, and we are now growing to reach many more.

The role:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to own and grow our retail, restaurant and hotel accounts across Mumbai: the stores, restaurants, pharmacies and hotels that stock Anando.

• Title: Sales Executive, Field Sales (Retail and HoReCa)
• Location: based at our Sewri office; field work across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai
• Type: full-time, six days a week
• Reports to: Partner

Responsibilities

• Visit every account on a planned weekly route, keeping chillers stocked, clean and well displayed.
• Take orders and pass them to the factory the same day.
• Collect payments on time and keep every account within its credit terms.
• Find and sign new locations: restaurants, high-street stores and busy spots where Anando belongs.
• Send a short daily report: visits, orders, collections, returns and new leads.
• Meet monthly targets for sales, new accounts, collections and returns.

Requirements

1. 2–4 years of field sales experience with a dairy, beverage, ice-cream or chilled-food brand in Mumbai

2. Experience handling chillers or visicoolers, stock rotation and expiry

3. Good knowledge of Mumbai: South and Central Mumbai, the western line and Navi Mumbai

4. Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence

5. Hindi, Marathi and English; Gujarati is an advantage

6. Comfortable sending daily updates on WhatsApp and using a simple tracker sheet Graduate preferred

7. Post Graduate - required.

What we offer

Fixed salary of ₹35000–40,000 a month, depending on experience Monthly incentive for meeting targets
