Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, presenting properties, and closing sales deals to meet individual targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Schedule and conduct property viewings.
Present and explain property details, pricing, and terms to clients.
Negotiate sales agreements and ensure timely closure.
Maintain a database of leads and sales records.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
1–2 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of property laws and market trends.
