We’re Hiring: Sales Executive – Laminate / Plywood Industry
Locations: Prayagraj | Banaras | Gorakhpur
Dorby, a leading brand in premium laminates, is expanding its footprint in Uttar Pradesh. We are looking for experienced Sales Executives with a solid background in the *Laminate, Plywood Industry.
- Qualification: Graduate
-Experience: 2–3 years in Laminate / Plywood
- Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and carpenters
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at sites and workshops
* Identify and onboard new dealers and clients in the assigned territory
* Ensure regular follow-ups for orders and payments
* Expand market reach in untapped and underserved areas
* Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies
* Support branding and visibility at dealer/distributor outlets
* Accurately record visit details and interactions in CRM
* Submit daily and weekly sales reports
* Achieve a target of 6–8 productive field visits per day
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Proven success in channel sales in the *Laminate / Plywood sector
* Strong network with dealers, architects, builders, and OEMs
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-driven and committed to achieving sales targets
