Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills, along with experience in sales and customer relationship management.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting company products and services, generating sales leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, referrals, social media, and other sales channels.
• Promote and sell company products and services to prospective clients.
• Generate new leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into successful sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and lead generation.
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.
• Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
• Experience in client handling and customer acquisition.
• Knowledge of IT services, software, digital marketing, or related industries.
• Ability to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
