Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, field visits, and networking.
• Contact potential customers and explain company products or services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
• Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
