Role & Responsibilities

• Counsel aspiring pilots and students about pilot training programmes, aviation courses and career opportunities.
• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, online enquiries and follow-ups.
• Understand students' career goals and guide them towards suitable aviation training programmes.
• Convert potential enquiries into successful admissions and enrolments.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective students and parents.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with students and provide a positive counselling experience.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and admission status.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Confident in handling calls, walk-in enquiries and follow-ups.
• Strong sales, counselling and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented with the ability to close admissions.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and presentable personality.
• Good listening skills and an understanding of customer needs.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in education sales, admission counselling or inside sales will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: 30,000 per month.
• Performance-Based Incentives: 30,00090,000 per month, based on admissions and target achievement.
