Sales Executive (Mobiles & Accessories)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales of mobile phones, gadgets, and accessories. The role involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products while meeting sales targets and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product information on mobile phones, tablets, wearables, and accessories.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right models, brands, and accessories.
• Demonstrate product features, specifications, and comparisons confidently.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for devices and accessories.
• Maintain updated knowledge of the latest mobile technology trends, launches, and pricing.
• Ensure proper display and merchandising of products in the store.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally.
• Assist with stock management, including inventory checks, replenishment, and reporting.
• Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/ERP systems as required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and create a positive shopping environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of retail sales experience (preferably in mobiles/electronics).
• Strong knowledge of smartphones, accessories, and mobile technology trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation, upselling, and cross-selling abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills for billing/reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with major mobile brands (Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot basic device issues.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations.

Work Environment

• Retail store environment with weekend and holiday availability required.
• Standing for long periods and handling multiple customers during peak hours.
