Responsibilities: Field Sales: Actively pursue and generate leads within the designated territory (Vapi GIDC to Ankleshwar GIDC) through direct sales efforts, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Client Acquisition: Identify and qualify potential clients, including businesses, industries, and residential customers, who can benefit from solar panel installations. Consultative Selling: Conduct site surveys, assess energy needs, and provide customized solar solutions tailored to client requirements. Present proposals and explain the technical and financial advantages of solar energy. Closing Deals: Effectively negotiate pricing and terms, address client concerns, and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.1 Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest solar technologies, industry trends, and competitor activities. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, lead generation, and progress toward targets to the reporting office in Surat. Utilize CRM or other reporting tools as required.
