About the Role
We are seeking a Sales & Service Executive with 2 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical seals, rotating equipment, or other industrial products. The ideal candidate will focus on generating new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering on-site technical service and support related to mechanical seals.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for mechanical seals and associated sealing solutions.
• Identify and engage potential customers across sectors such as oil & gas, chemicals, and process industries.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve set sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution, delivery, and billing.

Service Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, inspection, and troubleshooting of mechanical seals.
• Conduct seal failure analysis and diagnose performance issues, recommending corrective measures.
• Prepare detailed visit and service reports.
• Provide technical support and product training to clients’ maintenance personnel.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering efficient post-sales service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Experience: 2 months to 2 years in industrial product sales and service, ideally with exposure to mechanical seals or rotating equipment.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of sealing systems, pumps, compressors, and process equipment.

Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage field assignments.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and on-site service tasks.
