SALES EXECUTIVE

A jewellery sales executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of jewellery products.

• Sales Achievement:
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals. This involves actively engaging with customers and promoting jewellery products effectively. 2

• Provide knowledgeable and personalized customer service to enhance the shopping experience. This includes understanding customer needs and preferences, and offering tailored recommendations. 2

• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, including materials, styles, and trends. This expertise allows the sales executive to educate customers and answer their questions confidently. 2

• Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. This may involve following up with clients after purchases and addressing any concerns they may have.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,031.01 - ₹36,730.86 per month
