You should have at least 2+ years of experience in sales within the Fragrance Industry / FMCG sector. As a Sales Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for B2B sales, primarily focusing on the West Bengal market. Your role will involve utilizing your strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies to achieve sales targets. Ideally, you should be a Graduate or Post Graduate with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of local languages, specifically Bengali, would be advantageous. The ability to travel within the East India region for client meetings and industry events is essential for networking and relationship building.
