About the Role: Seaway Logisolution is hiring an aggressive and dynamic Field Sales Executive. We need a "go-getter" who is ready to hit the ground running. You will be responsible for visiting industrial areas, meeting exporters face-to-face, and closing deals.

Male candidates preferred due to the nature of field travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Operations: Daily visits to potential clients, industrial zones, and exporter offices across Ahmedabad.
• Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and "hunt" for new export/import clients.
• Face-to-Face Sales: Pitch our Freight Forwarding & Custom Clearance services directly to decision-makers.
• Market Mapping: Cover assigned territories to build a strong database of local exporters.
• Closing Deals: Negotiate rates and close contracts on the spot.

Requirements:

• Vehicle: Own two-wheeler/Bike is mandatory (Fuel allowance provided).
• Attitude: Confident, high-energy, and willing to travel daily.
• Communication: Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati is a must; functional English is required.
• Experience: 0–5 years. (Freshers with a passion for field sales are welcome).
• Education: Graduation (Any stream).
