Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced, ambitious, and dynamic Female Professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager – Luxury Villas & Real Estate in Gurugram.
This is a performance-driven role, ideal for a professional with strong client connections and proven ability in closing high-ticket property deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales of independent villas and luxury properties (₹5 Cr – ₹30 Cr).
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, NRI investors, and corporate buyers.
  • Actively promote and represent projects in Gurugram as well as hill destinations (Kasauli, Shimla, Chail, Morni Hills).
  • Achieve aggressive sales targets with high closing ratios.
  • Deliver a premium client experience from first interaction to final registry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Female candidate only (Preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales.
  • Existing client base and network in Gurugram / NCR real estate market.
  • Proven track record in handling ₹5 Cr – ₹30 Cr property sales.
  • Strong communication, networking, and deal-closing skills.
  • Go-getter attitude, performance and results are paramount.
