About the Role
LeadSense, a leading education & marketing company working with top universities and business schools in India and abroad, is hiring energetic Field Executives for outreach and lead-generation activities.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, travelling within the city, and driving admissions through direct marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and marketing materials in strategic locations.
• Visit corporates, colleges, coaching centers, and community hubs.
• Meet Secretaries of clubs, associations, cultural & religious organizations and coordinate outreach.
• Conduct field promotions and put up notices about admissions for working professionals (Management & Technical courses).
• Arrange and support webinars, seminars, and on-spot counselling events.
• Generate leads from walk-ins, field activities, and direct marketing.
• Maintain daily reporting on visits, leads, and outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• 12th / Diploma / UG / PG – Any qualification welcome.
• Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of field sales or direct marketing experience.
• Strong communication skills (English + regional language).
• Comfortable travelling within the city and meeting diverse groups.
• Ability to approach people confidently and explain course details.
• Must be energetic, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Two-wheeler preferred (allowance can be provided).
