Role & responsibilities

greets customers, understands their needs, demonstrates product features, and facilitates sales transactions to meet sales targets

• Customer Engagement:

  Greet and engage with customers visiting the showroom.

• Product Expertise:

  Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.

• Sales & Demonstrations:

  Showcase products, demonstrate features and benefits, and assist customers in making purchase decisions.

• Sales Targets:

  Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.

• Customer Service:

  Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and provide a positive customer experience.

• Showroom Maintenance:

  Keep the showroom neat, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring product displays are well-maintained.

• Transaction Management:

  Process sales transactions, manage documentation, and handle customer feedback.

• Team Collaboration:

  Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

• Industry Awareness:

  Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and effective sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

  A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a bachelor's degree may be preferred.

• Sales Experience:

  Proven experience in sales, especially in a retail or a specific industry, is often beneficial.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.
