Position: Sales Executive (Field + Hybrid)
Reporting to: Sales Manager / Branch Manager
Full-Time Role | Immediate Joining
*Key Responsibilities:*
Daily calls to promote ₹199 Partner Program
Fix meetings & attend property site visits
Assist in closures & onboarding
Attend expos & local real estate events
Submit daily lead & visit reports
*Compensation:*
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000/month
Incentives: ₹1,000–₹10,000 per deal
Petrol Allowance: ₹2,000–₹3,000/month
➡ Total Earning Potential: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000+ / month
*Requirements:*
6 months–2 years sales experience (freshers welcome)
2-wheeler + smartphone required
Confident in communication & field meetings
* Growth Path:*
Promotion to Asst. Sales Manager after 90 days (performance-based)
Further promotion to Sales Manager possible in 6 months
