Drive sales of products/services at the airport (retail, lounge, F&B, travel services, duty-free, etc.).
Approach passengers and promote products with a customer-centric attitude.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain excellent product knowledge to assist customers in making purchase decisions.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat sales.
Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
Ensure displays, counters, and promotional materials are well-maintained and attractive.
