Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting IT products and services. This role requires a solid understanding of the IT industry and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

· Present and demonstrate IT solutions to potential customers.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

· Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

· Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts.

Qualifications:

· MBA from a recognized institution (preferably in Marketing or Sales).

· Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT industry.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to understand and explain technical solutions.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
