Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
  • Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and customer retention targets.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions and reports in CRM systems.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value.
  • Handle and resolve client complaints efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory closure.
  • Stay informed about company products, market trends and competitor activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
