Responsibilities:

-- Act as the vital link between shippers and carriers to coordinate freight transportation across the U.S.

-- Negotiate freight rates and secure optimal pricing for service and cost-efficiency.

-- Build and maintain strong relationships with trucking companies, owner-operators, and customers.

-- Track shipments, manage delays, and provide real-time status updates.

-- Ensure accurate documentation, load posting, and tendering in TMS and load boards.

-- Collaborate with internal teams (dispatchers, accounting, and management) for seamless operations.

-- Meet daily/weekly targets and contribute to profitability through carrier onboarding and load management.

Requirements:

-- Experience: Minimum 6 months – 1 year in an international outbound calling process (U.S. process preferred).

-- Education: Graduate or equivalent.

Skills:

-- Excellent communication skills (English fluency required)

-- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

-- Good time management and multitasking capabilities

-- Knowledge of U.S. geography, freight types, and logistics terminology (preferred)

-- Proficiency in MS Office and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
