Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through direct sales and field activities.
Meet prospective customers and explain project features and benefits.
Conduct site visits and property presentations.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with CRM and other internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

0.6 to 5 years of experience in direct sales of residential apartments and/or luxury villas.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sales with a target-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
Proficiency in English and the local language is preferred

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
