We're a digital marketing company that helps businesses grow online. We need Four (4) smart Sales Executives to join our team. You can work from your home anywhere in Tamil Nadu.

This job is for people with at least 1 year of sales experience. Or, if you have less experience, you must have a strong desire to sell and a basic understanding of sales. You'll learn new skills and grow fast with us.

How You Get Paid & Your Future Job

This job starts with 3 months of training and testing, known as a probationary period.

First 3 Months (Probationary Period):

• You won't get a fixed salary. This is an unpaid period.
• You'll only earn money from sales you make; this is called commission.
• You get 10% to 15% commission from the Client's billing amount.
• You earn this commission for the first 3 months that a client stays active with us.

After 3 Months (Full-Time Job):

• If you sell well in the first 3 months, you'll get a full-time Sales Executive job.
• Then, you'll receive a fixed monthly salary of INR 18,000 to INR 30,000.
• You'll also get two extra money bonuses each year.

What You Will Do

Your job will be to:

• Find new customers: Look for new people or businesses that need our online help.
• Talk to businesses: Call, email, or use social media to tell them about our services.
• Follow up: Keep talking to interested customers to help them understand.
• Explain our services: Tell people simply how our services help their business earn more money.
• Set up meetings: Help arrange calls for our main sales team with businesses.
• Write notes: Write down what you talk about with customers.
• Work with our team: Learn from our sales team.
• Sell more: Work to reach your sales goals and earn money.

What We Need from You

• Experience: 0 to 1 year in sales. (As mentioned, at least 1 year preferred, or strong desire + basic understanding).
• Education: Any college degree or MBA is good.
• Language: You must speak, read, and write Tamil very well. Basic English speaking and writing is also needed.
• Good at talking: You must be good at speaking and writing so people understand you easily.
• Love Sales: You like selling and want to learn more about it.
• Work Alone: You can work well by yourself from home.
• Ready to Learn: You want to learn new things quickly.
• Good Attitude: Be positive, strong, and a good team player.
• Own Equipment: You must have your own working computer or laptop and good internet to do this job from home.
