Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ensure timely follow-ups and provide excellent after-sales support
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain sales records and submit daily/weekly reports

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Target-driven and willing to work on the field
• Local candidates will be preferred
