Position: Sales Executive

Experience Required: 1+ Years in Sales/Marketing (Field Sales Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential customers
• Pitch financial/insurance products as per customer needs
• Generate leads and follow up to close sales
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Work on field-based sales activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in direct/field sales
• Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
