JOB DESCRIPTION IDFC FIRST BANK Position: Car Loan Sales Executive Department: Retail Banking – Auto Loans Job Type: Full-Time Location: Pune Job Summary IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Car Loan Sales Executive to drive business growth through dealer relationships, channel partners, and bank branch referrals. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing car loan business, generating customer leads, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely loan disbursements. Roles & Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealers, channel partners, and bank branches. - Generate genuine leads for New Car Loans and Used Car Loans. - Source business through dealer networks, branch referrals, and field activities. - Conduct regular visits to dealers and branches for business development. - Ensure consistent loan application logins and achieve monthly disbursement targets. - Develop new dealer relationships and activate existing inactive dealers. - Coordinate with customers for loan documentation and application processing. - Work closely with Credit, Operations, and internal teams for smooth case processing. - Ensure timely follow-up on loan applications until disbursement. - Maintain business quality and comply with bank policies and procedures. - Monitor market activities and identify opportunities for business growth. Eligibility Criteria - Graduate in any discipline. - 6–2 years of experience in sales or banking. - Experience in Auto Loans, Used Car Loans, or Banking Sales will be preferred. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. - Willingness to work in field sales. - Ability to achieve monthly business targets. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Monthly Loan Login Targets. - Monthly Disbursement Targets. - Dealer Activation and Dealer Productivity. - Branch Referral Business. - Lead Conversion Ratio. - Business Sourcing Quality.
