Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new motor insurance policies and policy renewal
Generate business through field visits, cold calling, networking, digital channels, and partnerships with vehicle dealerships or brokers.
Explain policy terms, coverage types (comprehensive vs. third-party), add-ons, premiums, and exclusions to prospective buyers
Handle customer inquiries, assist clients during policy issuance, and guide them through basic claims processes.
